Shipping

Shipping is provided to Canada and the contiguous United States for a flat fee of $8.00 for items up to Extra Large size or a weight of 20lbs.. Extra shipping fees apply for 2X Large sizes or items over 20lbs. and to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Yukon, Vancouver Islands, Virgin Islands, etc. We do not deliver to APO and PO boxes, however we do ship worldwide using primarily UPS. International shipping quotes apply to the UK,AU,EU and will need to be quoted individually. We ship using UPS, Fed Ex, Parcel Post and you may expect a 10-14 day delivery time with variations during peak seasons. Please email Hound and Tabby for Tracking information if not received via the email address you supply upon ordering. We will not charge more than $25.00 for any product we sell to anywhere our shippers will deliver no matter how big the item is or how far it needs to go.
